Welcome to Micro Moments Co., operated by Micro Moments Hospitality LLC ("Micro Moments," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, booking our services, or purchasing products or rentals from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Company Information
Micro Moments Co. is an event styling and rental company providing event design, rental inventory, delivery, setup, breakdown, and related services for intimate celebrations and special events.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our website or purchase our services.
3. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Use the website in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.
4. Quotes & Availability
All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated.
Inventory, rental items, event dates, and services remain subject to availability until your reservation is confirmed and any required booking requirements have been satisfied.
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not reserve an event date.
5. Reservations & Booking
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
Required agreements have been accepted;
Required payments have been received; and
We have issued a booking confirmation.
Specific payment schedules, cancellation policies, and event requirements will be outlined in your Rental & Event Services Agreement.
6. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, pricing for that reservation will not change unless both parties agree in writing or additional products or services are requested.
Taxes, delivery fees, setup fees, travel fees, or other applicable charges may be added where appropriate.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Failure to make payments according to your booking agreement may result in cancellation of services.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund eligibility, and payment forfeiture are governed by your Rental & Event Services Agreement.
Any refunds approved by Micro Moments will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
9. Rental Agreements
Customers reserving rental inventory or event services may be required to execute a separate Rental & Event Services Agreement.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall control with respect to your event reservation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photographs, videos, graphics, logos, branding, text, pricing, collections, and designs—is the property of Micro Moments Hospitality LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
11. User Submissions
If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, event details, or other content to us, you grant Micro Moments a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for business and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide such content.
12. Photography
With your consent, photographs or videos of completed event designs may be used for our portfolio, website, advertising, and social media.
Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing before their event.
13. Third-Party Providers
Our website and business operations may utilize third-party providers including payment processors, booking platforms, analytics providers, email services, and website hosting providers.
We are not responsible for the services, policies, or practices of third-party providers.
14. Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:
Website content is error-free;
Inventory will always be available;
The website will operate without interruption; or
Information on the website is complete or current at all times.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micro Moments Hospitality LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Fire
Flood
Government actions
Labor disputes
Supply chain disruptions
Utility outages
Transportation interruptions
Acts of terrorism
Public health emergencies
If such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise work with you in accordance with your Rental Agreement.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Micro Moments Hospitality LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your use of our website;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your misuse of our products or services; or
Your violation of any applicable law.
18. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
