The Yes Moment can be created in a location that feels personal to you—from a private venue or garden to a waterfront setting, hotel suite, or a place that's already meaningful to your relationship.
Already have a location? We'll work with you to determine whether the space can accommodate the experience and coordinate the setup details.

01 — Submit Your Request
Add the proposal experience, including any desired enhancements to quote, select your preferred date, location details, and submit your request—no payment is required at this stage.02 — We Review & Confirm
We'll review your request, confirm availability, and verify any location, travel, or setup requirements.03 — Approve & Reserve
Once your details are confirmed, we'll send your finalized invoice. A 50% deposit is required to officially reserve your date.04 — Final Details
We'll coordinate the approved design and prepare everything for your proposal.05 — We Style. You Propose.
We'll arrive, transform the space, and have everything ready for your moment. Afterward, we'll handle the breakdown.*Remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled experience.

Duration
Your proposal setup is reserved for up to two hours, giving you time to arrive, enjoy the setting, ask the question, celebrate, and take photos and videos.
Lead Time
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for planning, design preparation, and inventory coordination.
Location & Permits
The Yes Moment can be set up at a location of your choice, subject to accessibility and setup requirements. Venue fees, park admission, reservations, permits, and other location-specific fees are not included in the experience and are the client's responsibility.
If you need help securing or coordinating a location, we're happy to assist. Any location fees, reservations, permits, or related costs will be added to your quote for approval before booking.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery, professional setup, styling, and breakdown are included within our standard service area.
Outside Our Service Area
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Weather
Outdoor proposals are subject to weather conditions and location requirements. If weather affects your planned setup, we'll work with you to determine the best available option.
Customization
Want to make it more personal? Additional florals, signage, décor, and other enhancements may be added to your experience.
Photography
You're welcome to arrange your own photographer or videographer. If you'd like, we can coordinate with your photographer before the event to help with setup timing and logistics.
Alcohol
You're welcome to provide your own champagne or alcohol of choice for the celebration. We'll provide the champagne display, bucket, ice, and flutes as part of the experience.

Before Your Arrival
We'll arrive within the scheduled setup window and transform the space according to your approved design. Everything will be styled and ready before you arrive.
Keeping It a Surprise?
We'll work with you to keep the setup discreet and coordinate timing around your arrival whenever possible.
Your Moment
Your 2-hour experience gives you time to arrive, take in the setting, ask the question, celebrate, and enjoy the moment together.
After the Celebration
When your experience ends, we'll return to carefully break down the installation and clear the space.
