• Duration: Your setup is reserved for up to two hours giving you time to arrive, enjoy the setting, and celebrate the moment.

• Lead time: We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance so we have time to prepare your design and inventory.

• Location & permits: Venue fees, park admission, reservations, permits, and location-specific fees are not included and are the client's responsibility.

• Delivery & setup: Delivery, professional setup, styling, and breakdown are included within our standard service area.

• Outside our service area: Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.

• Weather: Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions and location requirements. We'll work with you on the best option if weather affects your reservation.

• Customization: Want something different? Additional florals, signage, décor, and other enhancements can be added to your package.

01 — Submit Your Request
Choose your proposal experience, preferred date, location, and any enhancements. Submit your request online—no payment is required at this stage.

02 — We Review & Confirm
We'll review your request, confirm availability, and verify any location, travel, or setup requirements.

03 — Approve & Reserve
Once your details are confirmed, we'll send your finalized invoice. A 50% retainer is required to officially reserve your date.

04 — Final Details
We'll coordinate the approved design and prepare everything for your proposal.

05 — We Style. You Propose.
We'll arrive, transform the space, and have everything ready for your moment. Afterward, we'll handle the breakdown.

*Remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled experience.

Before Your Arrival
We'll arrive within the scheduled setup window and transform the space according to your approved design.

Your Moment
Everything will be styled and ready when you arrive. Your 2-hour experience gives you time to enjoy the setting, pop the question, celebrate, and take your own photos and videos.

After the Celebration
When your experience ends, we'll return to carefully break down the installation and clear the space.
